Girls. It’s time I confess something. I have an obsession with pretty little delicate things, specifically lingerie. Especially lace or anything silky & satiny that feels luxurious on the skin. I may not have the body of Gisele but in the right lingerie you better believe I feel just as sexy. Enter TyLynn Intimates. These unbelievably pretty little pieces are just the right balance of subtle & sexy. Just like the woman behind the brand. I had the privilege of meeting TyLynn years ago & immediately I thought, Holy Gorgeous That Woman Is Beautiful. Yes. I crush harder on my fellow females than I do men. Can you blame me? Any way then I found out that she’s as beautiful inside as she is outside plus she’s a talented business woman who is also a mom. So basically TyLynn has it all & until I’ve got it all too, I’ll be lounging in my TyLynn Intimates at home blogging for all of you 😘😊 Ladies, meet TyLynn Nguyen.

When did you first discover your passion for lingerie? 

I knew I wanted to design when I was 12 years old. I would watch my mother get dressed in the finest clothes and read her fashion magazines. I saw women as blank canvas that could be transformed into anything they wanted to be through clothing. I chose lingerie as my medium because I had a teacher in college that noticed I gravitated toward small and intricate designs. She would tell me stories about how important lingerie is and how she saved her money to take a trip each year back home to her native France to shop for new intimates. She inspired my desire to start from the inside out. 

What did you study in school?

 Fashion Design 

How do you balance your career while also being a mom? 

This is gonna sound silly but… I just do it. It is a passion of mine to be a mother as well as a lingerie designer so I find the time to do both. Most of the time simultaneously. 

What are your ultimate goals? 

I would love to have a lingerie store in Los Angeles and Paris, France. 

What’s up next for you & Tylynn Intimates? 

To continue growing! Lots of exciting things to come, stay tuned! 

Who are your idols? 

My parents. They started with nothing and provided a loving and thriving environment for my brother and I. 

How do you deal with failure or rejection? 

I drop it out of my brain as soon as I hear it. Being a model for many years has taught me not to take it personal and to embrace what I believe and know to be true about myself.
