Bangkok has completely transformed from a brunch-less city to a brunch on every corner maze of endless options.  We had so many brunch options I ran out of mornings to try them all.  Minibar Royale is comfortably nestled in on the ground floor of the Citadine Service Apartments building.  A little vintage, a little European, a little old school New York, it’s got great coffee and a yummy brunch menu that makes for a nice quiet getaway in busy Bangkok. 

I love the tiled floor and the vintage toys and trinkets that line the walls. Since we were there for brunch we passed on the delicious looking cocktail menu- the dinner looks amazing as well, but we’ll have to save that for another day- as is my mom and I don’t eat enough to make the most of the breakfast menu! The crispy trio potato pancakes- one with smoked salmon, cream, and capers, one with a poached egg, hollandaise, and asparagus, and one with sautéed shrimp all topped with fresh salad. The gruyere and mushroom omlette with crispy bacon and fresh spring greens.
