Well HomieLoverFriends, we’ve made it through another amazing week.  Schools are getting back in session from Spring Break, Coachella is drawing crowds of cool kids out to the desert, temperatures are soaring, and some of us are contemplating ways to get a summer body without eating like you hate food.  Here’s a quick recap of the awesome things that came up this week…

1. Remember GameBoys? I LOVED mine.  I played it for hours on end, I was addicted to my Game Boy games about as much as I’m now addicted to my iphone and its apps.  Wellllll enter the Hyperkin Smart Boy which turns your iphone into a Game Boy.  Legend of Zelda I’m coming for you.  Gamers, technologists, and analog lovers rejoice!
2. Apple released a new iOS update and finally upgraded their emojis adding some racial diversity to the line up plus some LGBT love.  Let’s all welcome Apple to 2015.
3. I fell in love with Pharrell for the 500 millionth time in history.  Seriously, I’m pretty sure hearts shoot out of my eyes and you can see my pulse screaming out of my chest whenever I see him/ read him/ hear him/ dream him.  Read this, yours will too.
4. HBO is finally available for subscription making all that time I spent on the phone trying to quit my cable company totally worth it.  Between Netflix, Hulu Plus, & now HBO Now, I’m set for many more movie nights to come and all the binge watching you can imagine.  Now I just need to figure out what treats to make….
5. And keeping with that same nostalgic note- you can now play DUCKTALES on your iphone! Seriously.  The app is real.  Good bye productivity, I’ll be busy diving in gold.
6. Gentlemen this one’s for you- GQ posted tips on how gentlemen should be getting their selfie game strong…. I don’t know if I was more relieved to see the article or tickled pink but either way let me just say that when you’ve got more selfies on your instagram than she does…. you’re already off to a bad start.
7.  If you’ve never had that aching wanderlust desire to see the world, here are some photos to make you jump on kayak and book your next flight ASAP.
8. Just when you thought they couldn’t take pressed juices any further the folks over at Chalkboard Magazine figured out how to make JELLO out of pressed juices using only 2 ingredients.  Yup, there’s always room for JELLO and now you can eat it til your skin glows.
9. My amazing soul sister Jillian had an incredible idea for a Hozier song and presented it to him and he loved it, of course…. here’s a little glimpse of her idea before it came into full fruition.
